If you set a specific startdate and enddate for the annotated timeline
that corresponds to a zoom range in the zoom links (i.e. 1 day, 5 day,
etc...), those links are not selected. If the user then selects the
zoom range, the onrangechange event is fired...although the range
hasn't changed.
