Hi! I have discover something:
My PHP generates two carrier returns (\n\n) before the google.visualization.Query.setResponse... (I don't know why the PHP sentence require_once generates it, but it has been working in the same way for weeks! if I save the output of my datasource to a text file and clean the \n\n in the text file and call the txt instead of the PHP then it works fine!!!! Could it be possible that your code is more estrict in that sense? Best!!!
