ChartMan,
  OK, there are three errors in this screenshot - two I mentioned, and
the top annotation's box is chopped off a bit. I've circled all three
in red
to make it easy to pick out. The screen shot is viewable at:

  I don't have a simple demo page as this is all behind a firewall,
but
I'm guessing that any ATL with two or more annotation will have these
problems, I know they all do on my tests.
  If you can't reproduce these effects, then let me know and I will
work
up a demo page that will show the issues.
