Hi, I've found a terrible bug in the motion chart, and can't figure out how to work around it. Maybe someone can suggest a solution to me?
I've tried to simplify the motion chart down to the basics as much as possible. Most importantly, I've hidden the x-axis so that the basic user does not have control of this. However, when the user finds the bar-chart option in the upper right- hand corner of the motion chart, and then decides to click back to the bubble chart, the x-axis is reset to equal whatever is on the y-axis! This is very confusing to the user, especially since by turning off the x-axis, we turn off any sort of label to the x-axis as well. (The tabs that allow you to switch to/from bar charts are not an option, as far as I can tell - but let me know if I'm wrong because that would be one solution). I've tried placing an image in front of the tabs that allow the user to switch to bar-charts and back, but it keeps getting hidden behind the motion chart. Any ideas of how to get images to appear in front of the graph?
