I have done dashboards with several different charts on a single page,
so I'm quite sure there's no restriction on doing so.

Your attachment seem to have two <html> blocks, each of them only
renders one chart.  Where are you trying to "load two Google Charts
concurrently in 1 html file" ? Please verify ?
