I'm waiting for sub-state level geos, too. You can go down to state level, as I did with some Census figures in my geomap, but there is no supports for FIPS codes, and it doesn't seem that there is any support at present for sub-state geographies like county beyond some metropolitan areas.
Specify states in a Google Docs spreadsheet by their full names or an ISO standard abbreviation like "US-NJ" for New Jersey, etc. On Dec 22, 1:47 pm, Googlz <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > I really like the heat map gadget, but I wanted to know if there were > plans to include the FIPS Code to be able to go one level down to > state/county? > > When using this in the classroom to show the differences within the > state economically, socially, etc it would be great! > > Creating one gadget would allow us to have one spreadsheet with all > the data and change it as needed, see the entire state and use it on > an interactive white board. > > Thank you for all you do for us in Google!! > > Sheila > aka Ms. Googlz -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Visualization API" group.
