Hi. Unfortunately this capability which appears in the Google Finance. However, if your requirement is to have different scale for two different series, you can still use this visualization when you would have two y axes (instead of having them one above the other).
Please look at our configuration options documentation http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/documentation/gallery/annotatedtimeline.html#Configuration_Options and specifically at 'scaleColumns' and 'scaleType'.
