Hi. The Annotated Time Line always assumes the local timezone is the preferred timezone and this cannot be changed. However, you can adjust the values in the data table in order for it to show what ever you like. You can do it without actually modifying the data if you prefer but rather use a data view over that table (see more at our docs: http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/documentation/reference.html#DataView
