Do you have the 'colors' option commented out on purpose?
try, for example the following options:
{width: 400, height: 240,
title: 'Age vs. Weight comparison',
hAxis: {title: 'Age', minValue: 0, maxValue:
15},
vAxis: {title: 'Weight', minValue: 0,
maxValue: 15},
