I have tried to find someone else discussing this issue, but have not
had success - so am posting here to see if anyone has thoughts.

We have a large spreadsheet of countries, where some countries don't
have data for a specific year (not sure if that's relevant).  When
running our visualization (with LOG on y-axis), the bars for these
countries can sometimes appear shorter than the countries around them
even though the values are the same.  For example, Republic of Korea
in 1997.  In the case of Republic of Korea for 1997, the estimated
value is 24, while the bars on either side are also 24, but the bar
for Republic of Korea is much shorter than the bars on either side of
it.  This seems to be just a log view issue, as when I'm in linear
mode I don't see it.
