Add me to the growing list of folks using the Visualization API and getting the "Were sorry... automated queries" message using a Google Spreadsheet. Curiously, you can look at your published spreadsheets normally - it's only when you go through the Visualization API (spreadsheets.google.com/tq...) when the error comes up.
Judging by this thread, this seems like a site-wide issue that will be blowing a lot of people out of the water.
