figure this out. Here's my code that responds to a query for (SELECT
Count('Cost'), Sum('Cost') FROM 1251320).

var formatter = new google.visualization.NumberFormat(
{prefix: '$'});
formatter.format(response4.getDataTable(), 1); // Apply formatter to

This works fine, but where would i call setColumnLabel?
