I've uploaded the new version which supported IE8+.

And the page which commented the code "chart.draw()"

You can see that if you open test_ie8.html on FF, you will see that the page 
is not fully encrypted. But if you open the page 
test_comment_chart-draw.html, you will see that the page is fully encrypted.

So, I think that this may be not relate to the issue about google.load or 
script importing. Because, all scripts are loaded successfully before 
calling "chart.draw()" and the SSL connection is normal. But if chart.draw() 
is called, the SSL connection in FF will be flaw. I think this issue might 
be relate to chart rendering on FF.
