I don't know if all guidelines of the WCAG are implemented, but I know that
most of them are accessible. You have the option to modify the look-n-feel
of most of the charts in regard to size, fonts, color schemes, labels,
legends etc. you can't however use the keyboard for interactivity. you must
use the mouse. I believe that you can override this by using some coding.
other than that everything I think is in compliance to the recommendations.
