I don't think that your resolution is the problem. The visualization API charts use SVG to display the charts and I don't know how the kindle browser deals with that. I know that the apple safari renders it perfectly. You might want to check in that. If it does not work you might to insider using the Google image charts. The output charts there are rendered as images (they are not interactive however)
