In the terms is the following text:

> Google may set limits on the number of API requests that you can make, at 
> its sole discretion. You agree to such limitations and will not attempt to

This is fair and reasonable.  But there's no definition.  I want to develop 
a dashboard view that would use a number of charts from Google's API here. 
 If I get too many users running on it, what happens?  What's that magic 
number?
