I've created an org chart similar to: http://code.google.com/apis/ajax/playground/?type=visualization#org_chart
Instead of using the names for the links I'm using an ID from a database field. When Clicking on the icon I can make a alert box appear but I'm having problems extracting this ID back out of JavaScript and into my own JavaScript statement so.
