Sorry, there is no way to fix that in the ATL charts. If you switch to regular LineCharts with a ChartRangeFilter, you can achieve what you want (I built a migration tool<https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/google-visualization-api/migration$20asgallant/google-visualization-api/Y4ZmqWAjjPg/Uwr8eoWo6goJ>which helps ease the transition, if you'd like to give it a try).
