You need to add another CategoryFilter that works on the "year" column (this would be a standard CategoryFilter, not one that uses my hack) and a Dashboard. Bind the new filter to the chart in the Dashboard and draw the dashboard using the base DataTable. Here's an example: http://jsfiddle.net/asgallant/WaUu2/124/
