Your visualization is loading, rendering, and generally working fine for me. Please note that you are constructing a DrasticData visualization, and not a Google Chart. As such, these visualizations aren't officially supported by Google. As for your specific issue, most DrasticData visualizations seem to use Flash, which you must have installed on your machine in order to view them. There is the possibility that you are experiencing some sort of browser security issue, and can't view the visualization for that reason.
