Although we're winding down support for IE8, we are not actively breaking IE8 support. Your JS looks invalid for IE 8. IE 8 is particular about the JS it sees.
When I loaded your page, the console showed an error on line 1151 (likely the comma at the end of line 1150). It is likely you have an error on line 1152 as well, but I didn't look at it too closely.
