I think the filter should ignore / drop nulls if we are using it (eg if we move the low end thumb of the slider) But if we are not using the DateRangeFilter (low end and high end are at min / max) then all data should be displayed in the charts (and if we are using other filters than the DateRangeFilter, the DateRangeFilter shouldn't impact the values displayed)
