Janice, You have found a bug. I'm not sure yet what causes it, but the labelled legend feature might not work with your data for some reason. You might find a workaround by turning off that feature. And if you could work up a simple case on jsfiddle that demonstrates the same bug, that would help us isolate it and find a fix sooner. Thanks for reporting the problem.
