I've looked at the code, this is a bug. It seems we'll accept ['day' ... 
'millisecond'].

I'm inclined to say, right now the bug is in the documentation. Besides not 
accepting all parameters as specified, the "step" correctly, the 
"unitIncrement" is also not correct.

I'll file an internal bug, and we'll look at fixing this.
