Hi, I'm having a hard time understanding what you're asking here, but I'll
try to answer to the best of my ability.

There would be a delay/lag between any server, including if you hosted the
library yourself. In fact, Google's servers are likely to respond faster
than yours are. I can't guarantee any sort of uptime beyond what is already
written in our Terms of Service, since exceptions happen.
