Hi Enkhtuvshin and collegues You should have a look at the new AnnotationChart:
https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/annotationchart which doesn't have the feature that you don't like about the old flash-based (and deprecated) AnnotatedTimeline. For both, it is possible to specify the format of the tick labels with the appropriate options, but the new AnnotationChart does not yet support the automatic scaling format.
