Indeed this is something that would be greatly appreciated, to let us 
decide when to upgrade and not to caught unprepared. 

If as I understand the whole Graph API is pure client side, why not letting 
app developers using specific versions even if the fixes will always go to 
latest version. This will give us a way to test and wait until the release 
is full validated. In our application, it takes some time now to validate 
usage of the Google Charts.
