I don't know what you mean by a series of toggles, but I suspect you are
either displaying them or not based on user selection.  One general problem
with sizing the charts is that the chart won't know how big your container
is unless you draw it when it is actually visible.  This also causes
problems with the sizing of ticks.  So they shouldn't have the display:none
style at that time you call chart.draw().

If that is not the issue, I can't image what would cause this.  Charts
should inherit the actual size of the container if you don't specify a size
in the options.  If you could point us to the actual page, or reproduce it
in jsfiddle, we could take a look.
