Hi Hideji,

Your attachments do show a difference, but we can't tell much about what is
going on since the vertical axis tick labels are obscured.   I suspect that
the top of the column corresponds to the correct value in both cases, but
the lowest value on the vertical axis is different for each case.    If you
want to ensure that the lowest value on the vertical axis is 0, you can
either specify viewWindow: {min: 0}, or explicitly set baseline: 0.

It is good that this works as you want with version 1.1, since that will
become the next version 1 as soon as we finish with this release cycle.
