Additional information:
It seems if I add the script line
<script type="text/javascript"
src="https://www.google.com/jsapi"></script>
The whole page blows up. My <head> files looks like
<meta charset="UTF-8">
<script type="text/javascript"
src="https://www.google.com/jsapi"></script>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"
href="http://w2ui.com/src/w2ui-1.4.2.min.css" />
<script
src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.1.0/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript"
src="http://w2ui.com/src/w2ui-1.4.2.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript"
src="http://ajax.aspnetcdn.com/ajax/jquery.validate/1.11.1/jquery
Thanks again
