I'm working on a new web portal for the company that I work for, and my boss is dead set on using Google Charts, so I can't hard code any solutions. I need to be able to display either: 1) the title and quantitative values of a pie chart IN the chart; or 2) the title of the chart, centered above it, as well as the quantitative values. The position of the element will not be constant on the page.
