Updates of Google Charts are announced in this group. Other APIs have their own groups. There is not any one place where updates of all Google APIs are announced.
The jspai loader will be redirected to the new loader, and google.load() calls should continue to work as well. So there will be no need to change your pages to keep charts working mostly the same, though updates in versions will sometimes affect how your charts work.
