I have a stepped chart built but I have two minor issues I don't see an answer for.
See an example of the chart here. https://jsfiddle.net/michaelcford/71b0ftjz/ First issue the tooltip associated shows only in the white space of the chart and not in the area's ( green or blue area ), Looked for sometime and have not found an answer.
