Good to hear that the loader is not the cause of problems, but it is still
a mystery exactly what is happening, and how the update of the loader might
have exposed problems.    Maybe there is just some additional asynchrony
involved in loading through the firewall/proxy, and if so, just waiting
long enough for the loader to finish loading will be a sufficient work
around.
