I think I just searched for Google Sheets help and they give you the option of speaking with someone - you click on that and then they call you. I certainly share your frustration though I'm sure in your case it's double since you have a presentation. By the way, are you able to "sum across sheets" - the value of a cell from one sheet appearing in the cell of another sheet: =sheet name!cell name ? I lost that functionality as well.
