Hi all, I have been building a Support Robot for wave for our company and it I would like to know a few things.
1. Can a robot check the status of a wave contact if he/she is online. Our support reps each have a google wave id. If not, is it on the road map to include that in the near future. Currently, there is no API call to check this. There should be an API call to check the status of a contact. 2. Is google planning to provide an API or a tool like gmail notifier to inform if your wave is updated/ or you have been added by someone as a participant. Our robot needs to know if one of our support personnel is online before he can be added to the wave.
