This is a nice suggestion, but not doable right now. Annoty only does
4 things currently: replacements with text, image, gadget, or
annotations, but it doesn't achieve API calls or URL retrieval. I'm
not sure if adding something like this to a generic bot wouldn't make
it quite complicated.
