Eric--- Assuming the single ".." term Rich pointed out last week wasn't just a typo (in which case "fix the typo" is a lot simpler), attached is a patch so that, absent either -Dgwt.home or environment $GWT_HOME, default GWT and trunk locations can be found either one or two levels up. Thus, things will work by default with a directory structure either of:
