Change subject: Update JDT to 3.8.1

Patch Set 1:
This is an experiment from last October, rebased on top of master. The JDT
JAR comes from
http://search.maven.org/#artifactdetails%7Corg.eclipse.tycho%7Corg.eclipse.jdt.core%7C3.8.1.v20120531-0637%7Cjar
It builds but it breaks a few other things: I can't compile gwt-user or run
gwt-dev tests from Ant ("ant dev" is OK but "ant dist-dev" fails at
the 'rmic' task, and "cd dev && ant test" prints BUILD SUCCESSFUL but
doesn't run any test). I swear it worked back in October.
I'm publishing it here as:
* I though you could try it internally and see how it works and which
impacts it has on compile-time (if it ever works)
* a starting point if anyone wants to work on it (in case it breaks, or
result in a performance loss)
