Take everything from inside the directory named after the package name (www/com.mydomain.myapp/ - you will find your html file in there amongst other things), and copy the whole lot to wherever you want to run it from in the directory structure of your web server. You can change the name of the html file to anything you like (e.g. index.html) Everything else must remain the same and have the same structure. (Well, it doesn't *have* to, but you need to know what you are doing).
