Hi kulbi,

GWT is a platform for building Ajax applications using the Java programming
language. That is, you code your application in the Java programming
language and cross-compile it to equivalent JavaScript and HTML that you
deploy on your web server. That said, an application built with GWT is not a
Java application but an Ajax app.
