There's no "official" plugin. All I can say (not being an Eclipse user) is that https://gwt-plugins.github.io/documentation/gwt-eclipse-plugin/Download.html is the only one receiving updates, so this is the recommended one (and likely the only one that actually supports recent versions of Eclipse).
