At home (on my personal computer not employer workspace, without the
restrictions of using only company repository),
I downloaded and ran your example using Broyer plugin. It works. Thank you.

OK, great 👍

At step 3 Package, Run and Debug
I get an *error*

xxx@xxxx xxxx ~/Documents/Learn/gwt/hello-app

This is the project... you can download and unzip. I downloaded the
project, unzip and did: mvn clean package. It works without errors.

My Java version: java -version
openjdk version "12" 2019-03-19
OpenJDK Runtime Environment AdoptOpenJDK (build 12+33)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM AdoptOpenJDK (build 12+33, mixed mode, sharing)

My Maven version: mvn -version
Apache Maven 3.3.9 (bb52d8502b132ec0a5a3f4c09453c07478323dc5;
2015-11-10T17:41:47+01:00)
Maven home: /Users/lofidewanto/Applications/apache-maven-3.3.9
Java version: 12, vendor: AdoptOpenJDK
Java home:
/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/adoptopenjdk-12.jdk/Contents/Home
Default locale: de_DE, platform encoding: UTF-8
OS name: "mac os x", version: "10.16", arch: "x86_64", family: "mac"

What Java and Maven version are you using?

Thanks.
