I was able to figure out how to trigger the error in my application. It appears related to a mouse being moved in and out of a text boxes. It could be tooltips related. If I move the mouse quickly across a couple text fields in a form then I get the error. If I move in and out of a single text field then no error. If I move the mouse slowly across multiple text fields no error.
