I have similar problem. I use gwt with with smartGwt, eclipse (google plugin) and embeded server for hosted mode under windows.
App isn't working under hosted mode but compiled in IE, Chrome and FF browers is working fine. That's really strange for me, because it worked fine, day earlier. Debuger show that compiler go entire code to .draw() method ( smartGwt method ) and i suspect something isn't working with injecting nocache.js into host html. But no errors are shown.
