I like the idea behind GWT, and the sample files that go with it - I'm
reading through the "Getting Started" instructions and have what might
appear to be a simple question.

In Section "2. Testing the default project components", the last line
of that section reads "To terminate the starter application, from the
GWT menu select Quit GWT".

Where do I find the GWT menu, let alone the Quit GWT option?

I am using Eclipse (my first time), with GWT plugin installed - I have
a blue g and red g icon for new project and compile project. I don't
have anything specifically labeled as GWT menu, nor do I see a Quit
GWT option. I decided to just click the "X" on the two popup windows
(host the project and what appears to be a log window).

If I don't have/see GWT menu, I'm wondering if there are other options
that I don't see.

Cheers...
