I pulled in the mail sample and it gave some good examples of how
other custom components are pulled into the UI.  Comparing it to the
mail sample in GWT 1.7.1 is really enlightening.

I can see how I can pull in PagingScrollTable and just use it as a
regular widget.  Thanks.
