I've been looking for something like this that really walks through step by step, piece by piece, .... not just how to do it, but why to do it .... so much so, that I started doing it myself: http://howtogwt.blogspot.com/ . Not sure yet if what I've been blogging on is pure duplication of other stuff out there, like this doc. you reference. Anyway, I look forward to the upcoming parts of your doc and thanks again for the link.
