I am seeing a sever degradation in performance after moving to GWT 2.02 from pre-2.0. This is happening both in development and compiled mode. I am running on Ubuntu 9.10 64-bit. Pre 2.0 compiled code will run and bring up my first page in about 3 seconds. In 2.02 it takes over 20 seconds with no code change.
Any ideas on how to move forward on recovering this lost performance would be appreciated.
