Hi Simon, Could you go to "Run > Run Configurations...", click on your launch configuration on the left, and then click on the "Arguments" tab. What do you see as the "Program arguments:"? Particularly, what is the value for the "-war" argument?
If it not your "target/<project>-<version>", try changing it and re-launching.
